2. 2/1M Coating:
- Structure: Two coats on both the upper and lower surfaces, baked once.
- Usage: Offers good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and molding properties. Suitable for single-layer compression molding panels and sandwich panels.
3. 2/2 Coating:
- Structure: Two coats on both the top and bottom surfaces, baked twice.
- Usage: Provides excellent corrosion resistance and scratch resistance, suitable for single-layer pressboards. However, adhesion is not ideal for sandwich panels.
