Reticulated colour coated sheet, also called grid colour coated sheet, is a colour coated sheet coated on galvanised, aluminium-zinc plated, cold rolled and other substrates with a kind of high weather-resistant polyester coating that has a reticulated effect on the surface of the coating after drying. It is mainly used in the indoor and outdoor decoration of civil buildings, villas, high-end integrated houses, industrial buildings and so on.
Product characteristics
The coating presents "diffuse reflection characteristics" to the sunlight, and when applied to industrial plants, due to the diffuse reflection characteristics of the surface of the coating, it makes the overall building colour softer and avoids light pollution.
Applied to villas, high-grade integrated house roofs and high-rise buildings, it can enhance the contrast with the surrounding environment and reduce the visual deviation of pilots who fly over the buildings.
The surface has a good "mesh" visual effect.
Because of the production of warm or dark coloured paints, it has a certain heat-absorbing effect and a psychological underlining effect when used in cold northern regions.

Usage of different coating structures:

2/1: The corrosion resistance and scratch resistance of single layer back coating is poor, but it has good adhesion, mainly used for sandwich panels.It is mainly used for sandwich panels;

2/1M: backcoat with good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and moulding properties, good adhesion, suitable for single-layer compression moulding panels.
