G40=Z120 Zinc Coated Galvanized Steel Sheet In Coil 0.90mm Thickness For Floor Bearing Deck Construction Building
What is hot-dip galvanised steel?
Hot-dip galvanising is a process that involves coating steel with a thin layer of zinc to prevent rust from forming. The surface treatment is achieved by passing the steel through molten zinc at high temperature, providing long-term protection for steel products.
The zinc coating has a corrosion resistance and sacrificial corrosion function that delays the production of red rust. The zinc layer of hot-dip galvanised steel is higher than that of electro-galvanised sheet steel, giving it better corrosion resistance.
Steel deck overview
Floor decking sheets is also known as profiled steel deck, metal deck, roof decking, etc.The earliest name of bondek is called corrugated steel deck, and all steel floor decking sheets that are pressed and formed by a platen press and are collectively referred to.The floor slab is made from galvanized steel sheet by cold roll forming, and its cross section is V-shaped, U-shaped, trapezoidal or the like. It is mainly used as a permanent template and can also be selected for other purposes. The earliest compacted steel decking sheets were mainly used as roof panels of factory roof, followed by profiled steel plates used for the floors and gradually classified as floor decking sheets.
Galvanized Corrugated Steel Deck Sheet is one kind of bondek sheets for multiple high-rise buildings, which is also called steel floor decking or bondek slab. Our quality composite decking sheets have full set of technical suppor
