Description:

Galvanised tiles, thin steel sheet dipped into a molten zinc bath to make a thin steel sheet with a layer of zinc adhering to its surface. At present, the main use of continuous galvanising process production, that is, rolls of steel plate continuous immersion in the melting of zinc plating tank made of galvanised steel plate; alloying galvanised steel plate.

This kind of steel plate is also manufactured by hot dipping method, but immediately after leaving the tank, it is heated to about 500 ℃, so that it generates zinc and iron alloy film. This galvanised coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.

Galvanised tiles oiled:Oil can reduce corrosion of steel sheets under wet storage and transport conditions, and oiling of steel sheets and strips after passivation treatment will further reduce corrosion under wet storage conditions. The oil layer should be able to be removed with a degreasing agent that does not damage the zinc layer.
